I've been working on Bethesda Brink video game cinematics at The Mill.
My job was to do all the FX over 3 sequences (Resistance Introduction and Security/Resistance End).
-Resistance Introduction: Ocean done with Maya ocean shader, Cigar smoke done with Maya fluids.
-Resistance End: Dark smoke done with Maya fluids.
-Security End: Dark smoke done with Maya fluids, Ocean done with Maya ocean shader
-Everything rendered with Mental Ray.
